If you've FORGOTTEN the password, you can reset it by following the steps below:
Step 1: Visit EasyParcel website ,click "Log In"
Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password"
Step 3: Fill in your registered email address and click "Send".
Step 4: An email will be sent to your inbox with further instructions on how to reset your password.
Step 5: Check your inbox. Click "Reset Password" on the email that you've received.
Step 6: Insert your New Password and retype it again in "Confirm New Password" column. Click "Save". Now you can login to your EasyParcel account by using the new password!
Or if you would like to RESET a new password:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click "Account" > "Profile" > "Settings". Click "Edit" on privacy settings.
Step 2: Fill in your current and new password and click "Save". You've done!
