Here’s the step-by-step tutorial on how to attach your air waybill (AWB) after printing it out. For those who’re printing it on A4 paper, different courier companies may have different numbers of AWB copies.

Attach Air Waybill (AWB)

Our air waybill is available in 3 formats: A4 paper, A5 paper/sticker or A6 sticker. Click HERE for the ultimate guide on how to handle and attach your AWBs for your selected couriers.

Attach Commercial Invoice

When you deliver a parcel internationally, it is compulsory to provide commercial invoices and attached it together with your AWB. This can smoothen custom clearance processes and avoid shipment delays. After a booking on EasyParcel, you can click the "printer" icon to download and print out the AWB and commercial invoice. Next, attach it on your parcel and that's it.

All  information will be used to assess customs duties. So, ensure you provide a complete and correct item invoice to avoid any unwanted shipment delays and charges. Here's an example of commercial invoice:-

Your commercial invoice should contain:-

1. Full details of the sender(Shipper) and the receiver (Consignee)

2. A detailed item description of the goods , quantities, HS Code, and their values

You’ll need to provide a detailed itemised description of the parcel content for commercial invoice. For example, if your parcel contains clothes, you should list down as “H&M men’s sweather”, “Uniqlo women’s sweater”, “Padini t-shirt” and so on.

You can always create your own commercial invoice using this Invoiced for FREE! Again, different courier companies may have different numbers of AWB copies, you have to print it according to the requirement.
