If you find transferring a big amount of money via payment gateway is a bit worrying, fret not as we've launched offline top up for you. At this moment, offline top up is available for EP10,000, EP20,000 and EP50,000 packages only. The best part is you also can bring home extra free credit from RM100 until RM500 whenever you choose to top up offline via ATM or bank transfer. Here are the magical steps:-
Step 1: From the sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Account" and then "Top Up".
Step 2: Choose the top up package from EP10,000 until EP50,000 that suits your needs by clicking the "Get It Now" button.
Step 3: Go to "Offline Payment" and you can proceed with a click on the "Continue" button.
Step 4: After ATM transfer/bank transfer the actual amount, kindly email your e-statement to support@easyparcel.my and then your top up credit and free credit will be reflected within 1-3 working days.
Kindly be reminded that EasyParcel credit has a validity of 1 year from your latest top up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top up date by topping up any package. Know more about EasyParcel credit
