Booked for a wrong courier or customer cancelled the order suddenly? You're now able to cancel your shipment from parcel status as long as it's yet to be collected by courier.
EXCEPT:
- parcel status which is NOT under "schedule in arrangement" or "pending for collection"
- domestic/international services with minimum parcel requirement.
To Cancel Parcel:
Step 1: Go to "All Parcels" > "Parcel Status". Then look for your orders.
Step 2: Click the 3 line menu icon on the right side and choose "Cancel Parcel".
Step 3: Select reason for cancellation.
Step 4: Click "OK" to proceed.
Shipment Cancelled! Click "OK" and you're done.
