Step 2: Select your inquiry.


  • Parcel Collection - missed pick up / remind pick up
  • Parcel Delivery - late delivery / delivery issue
  • Request Proof Of Delivery (POD) - Parcel delivered but yet to receive by receiver
  • Parcel Lost
  • Parcel Damaged
  • Others


Step 3: Fill in the details such as Courier, Tracking No, Email address, your message and attach any images for reference. Click "Submit Now".


Step 4: Your inquiry has been successfully received. Click "OK" and wait for customer support team to get back to you. Remember to check your email!
